We offer a wellness training program for those interested in conditioning prior to the beginning of any retreat. This is a great choice for anyone who wants to go on these adventures with us but may have difficulty keeping up due to a multitude of reasons. Training can vary based on your personal needs and we are here to help you become the best possible version of yourself. We will be here to encourage you along the way as you embrace the unknown and hold your head high with confidence!


  • 45-minute kick off call to learn about you, your health, fitness, wellness, lifestyle habits, and adventure training goals
  • A personalized fitness training program designed to successfully set you up for your upcoming adventure. Programs include endurance, core strength, upper and lower body strength, and flexibility.
  • A well-balanced healthy eating plan and positive mindset programs
  • Weekly check-ins to hold you accountable
  • Two 45-minute training sessions per month
  • Ongoing resources to help you stay focused and motivated

    When I first heard about Sunita’s Epic Retreats I was super excited to know more about it! I reached out to Sunita and I now have been training with her to attend an upcoming retreat to build my endurance, stamina and strength. Sunita is very thorough with her training programs and its been exciting to learn new workout routines to help me succeed with wellness and fitness goals.
    I have been to other retreats in the past but pre-retreat training was never offered. Working with Sunita is very relieving as she listens, motivates and pushes me to do my best. Sunita also provides healthy eating guides to support her functional fitness workouts.
